BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS.

Upon booking a card will be needed to store on your file. Your card will not be charged unless there is a breach to the cancellation policy agreed on. Payment is made on the day once the service has been completed by the available payment options.  

There is a strict 48hr cancellation and reschedule policy. Cancellations and reschedules made within 24hrs will incur a 50% fee of the appointment total. 

No shows will be charged 100% of the booking total. Reschedules within 3 hours of the appointment time is considered a cancellation.

All lip blush appointments require a $200 non refundable deposit. If the cancellation policy has been breached the deposit will be forfeited.

PAYMENTS

Cash, card and Afterpay payment options are available. 

If a payment is made with Afterpay, it is up to the client to understand the individual policies found on the Afterpay website.

All eftpos payments will incur a 1.1% surcharge fee on top of their total appointment price.

Your card details may be kept on file but will never be used for any payment unless there is a breach of the policy agreed upon.  All personal details will be secured appropriately.

REFUNDS

There is a no refund policy in the salon, however, in the unfortunate circumstance that you are unhappy with your results or are concerned, please reach out to Jaz within a 48hr period after treatment to have the issue resolved.

It will be up to the discretion of Jaz to determine the best outcome to resolve the matter. Any complaints outside of the 48hr period are not guaranteed to be resolved.
